The greatest thing about God’s word is that it’s eternal. I don’t want that to sound like a cliche but here’s what I mean by that statement. Each generation has fads that come and go. There are cultural changes that will rise and fall with each generation. But because God’s Word is absolute, it never changes. It’s always relevant to each generation. Isn’t that exciting? The Word will last forever, but it’s the same today as it was 2000 years ago. Cling to it, live by its precepts, hide it in your heart, and it will enrich your life. Mans’s opinions will come and go, but the word of the Lord will last forever!
