I don’t want that to sound like a cliche’ but here’s what I mean by that statement. Each generation has fads that come and go. There are cultural changes that will rise and fall with each generation. But because God’s Word is absolute, it never changes. It’s always relevant to each generation. Isn’t that exciting? The Word will last forever, but it’s the same today as it was 2000 years ago. Cling to it, live by it’s precepts, hide it in your heart, and it will enrich your life. Mans opinions will come and go, but the word of the Lord will last forever!The greatest thing about God’s word is that it’s eternal. The dreaded “Pop-Quiz!” God too will sometimes challenge each of us with a test as we walk with Him, but always remember, the difference is that in these tests, HE ALREADY HAS THE ANSWER! No matter what it is we face, He’s always there, with a solution, and if we’ll trust Him, we’ll pass the test with flying colors. Take Him at His word…He has the answer for you!

He must be tired of hearing me ask his forgiveness!” Have you ever felt that way? I know I have! We have such a limited perception of the grace of God. I’m not sure that we’ll ever fully understand his mercy. How can He forgive so easily? Sorry to disappoint you, but I just don’t have a fancy theological answer for you…but He does. His grace is never exhausted towards his children, it’s new every morning. Just as the sun will break the darkness with the dawn of new light, God’s mercy is everlasting  and His truth will endure to ALL generations. That’s just one of the things our God is! Merciful and Gracious. Aren’t you grateful for that?

It was God’s idea, and it would do us all good to revisit the subject again. It’s referred to in scripture as the “Law Of Love.” What a different world this would be if we’d just be governed by this rare virtue. It was in the heart of our Father at the dawn of creation, and manifested by the Son when He gave His life for our sins. All sin would cease if we would practice it in our every day lives. There would never be another crime if we would obey it’s premise. Jesus demonstrated love in it’s purest form when he forgave us! So should we love one another!

Lil’ K

(Every Sunday 10:45am to 12:15pm)

Lil’ K is designed for pre-school aged children. Children will be given the love and care they deserve. Your child will participate in worship, Bible lesson, activity time, and snack time. Come join the fun!

Kids on Fire

(Every Sunday 10:45am to 12:15pm)

Kids on Fire is for all children in Kindergarten thru Sixth grade. Kids on Fire is a high-energy worship service, designed to be relevant for kids today. Children participate in singing, video, storytelling, and games. Our main goal is to teach children to love Jesus with all of their hearts.

(Every Wednesday 6:15pm to 8:15pm)

Awana is fun with a purpose – to reach and train kids for Jesus Christ. Children participate in Games, Bible Lesson, Scripture Memorization and much more.

Puggles – Ages 2 and 3 Truth and Training 3rd – 6th Grade

Cubbies – Ages 4 to 5 Trek – Jr. High

Sparks – K – 2nd Grade

Kids Choir – The fun happens twice a year as we produce both a Summer Musical and Christmas Musical. For information see James or Julie Wells.
